The service provided by the entire staff was great but we want to single on Carlos - the bartender , evening waiter. He is a fabulous host and makes awesome margaritas with tamarind pulp! We also enjoyed our time with Graciela, the biologist, and appreciate the conservation work done here. ¡Mil Gracias! Also Xochitl the masseuse was fabulous we feel like new people!
